Overview

The subgraph tool allows the user to view a subset of our biomedical knowledge graph. The graph is centered on your choice of starting node and has 2 modes. Mode 1 shows a graph containing all nodes of the ending domain that are k hops away. Mode 2 shows a graph with the shortest path between the chosen starting and ending nodes. The nodes of the graph correspond to biomedical entities and the edges correspond to relationships between the nodes. Node size indicates the connectedness of that node within the full biomedical knowledge graph (using PageRank), node color indicates the concept domain. Click "Choose for me" for an example query and subgraph. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the results in a table.

Warning! Target node is invalid! Please use autocomplete.
Error! There was an internal server error. Please try again.
Use autocomplete to select a source node to form subgraph around.
Mode 1 creates subgraphs to node type. Mode 2 creates subgraphs to a specific node.
Select type of ending leaf node.
Use autocomplete to select a destination node to create a specific path.
Select number of nodes to traverse until reaching ending node type.
Note: Using Mode 2 can take up to several minutes to compute.
